- Remember to double check VIN numbers before departing from a location.
- Some of our customers to retain your fuel receipts and issue a check for reimbursement. You should make a copy or take a picture of any receipt you surrender just so you have the documentation should you face any type of delay or issue down the road. Contact us if you need help facilitating reimbursement
- Sometimes drivers and customers make arrangements directly. Please inform the Dispatch Call Center if you agreed to a job directly.
- Chase Car Drivers, please remember that you're responsible for staying in touch with the team and helping if necessary.
- Whenever possible submit your driver data within 24 hours of delivering service.
- If you re-submit a report with corrections but please note that it's a 2nd entry in the comments section.
- Remember, you'll receive full reimbursement for your commuter miles when you enter them as a separate figure. Please, if you drive for Fox Chevy, Wenzel Chevy, Wenzel Superstore, Betten Baker (Hudsonville & Coopersville), Safeway in Grant, add your round trip miles to/from the dealership outside of the county (number only), and it will be figured in AFTER deductions.
